Antipoverty Effect of offshore outsourcing

Besides the positive development of our own economics there is one more effect perhaps even more positive: poverty level decrease in countries with low level of income. Each workplace cut in the West allows a new well-paid workplace in a poor country. This provides the countries with low level of income with stable basis to fight poverty and implement growth of their welfare.
The result is the world balance improvement.
